Welcome to Retro Clash. By accessing our website or playing our games on the web or Android, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Retro Clash. By playing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised third-party tools, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Private server disclaimer

Retro Clash is a fan-made private server operated under Supercell’s Fan Content Policy. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by Supercell. Clash of Clans, Clash Royale and Supercell are trademarks of Supercell Oy. We make no claim to those trademarks.

4. Virtual items

All in-game currency and items are provided for entertainment only, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or reset at any time. Retro Clash is free to play.

5. Downloads and installation

The Android app (.apk) is distributed outside official app stores and may require allowing installs from unknown sources. You install it at your own risk and are responsible for the security of your device. Only download it from the links on this site.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retro Clash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
