Clash Royale 1.3.2 is in the works
We're bringing back the 2016 Clash Royale arena. Here's what we can share about Retro Clash Royale 1.3.2 so far, and how to hear about the launch first.
Clash of Clans was only the start. We’re working on Clash Royale 1.3.2, an early version of the game from 2016, its launch year.
What to expect
- The early game. Version 1.3.2 comes from Clash Royale’s first year, before the card pool and the meta grew into what they are today.
- Real-time 1v1 battles. It’s the same arena format: two players, three towers each, a few minutes on the clock.
- Web and Android from day one. It’s built on the same tech as Retro Clash of Clans, so you’ll be able to play in your browser or install the APK, just like you can with Clash of Clans today.
- Free, like everything here. No paywall.
When?
There’s no release date yet. We’d rather launch when it’s ready than give a date we have to move. The first announcement will go out on our Discord server, and we’ll post it here in the news section too.
In the meantime, Clash of Clans 1.70 is live and waiting.
